Legal Recruiter @ LHH | Matchmaker, Strategist, Advocate LHH is hiring a Commercial Litigation Attorney to support our global client’s Commercial Disputes Group. This dynamic team tackles high-stakes litigation across industries, with a focus on complex business and financial services disputes, including class actions. What You’ll Do Represent clients in commercial and financial services litigation, including class action defense. Advise Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and corporate leaders on litigation strategy. Manage cases involving FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, securities litigation, and complex business disputes. Draft motions, oversee discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to align litigation strategy with business goals. Stay current on legal trends and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Who You Are Licensed to practice law in your state of residence. Have 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation. Prior litigation experience in TX, VA, IL, or PA is a strong plus. Skilled communicator with a client-first mindset and strong advocacy skills.
