Candidates must have experience drafting and responding to pleadings, handling substantive/dispositive motion practice, managing extensive written and oral discovery, preparing for trial/mediation/arbitration, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. AmLaw 200 or Elite Litigation Boutique experience is required, as well as top law school academics. Federal Clerkship experience a plus but not required.
