Position Summary:

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you’ll play a key role in revenue optimization and pricing execution, taking charge of in-depth analysis, formulating actionable recommendations, and regularly evaluating performance to ensure our strategies are on track. You will have a direct impact on our business, and the value you add will be clearly visible every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance revenue management processes, leading or contributing to the development of automation improvements
• Create and implement reports that support revenue management decisions, including defining internal business guidelines and procedures
• Conduct strategic reviews of historical market performance and develop new pricing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Data Analytics, Guest Services, Operations, and IT) on both new and ongoing initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree (BA) in a quantitative or analytical field from an accredited institution
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong curiosity about understanding how things work and the ability to research and resolve issues
• A proactive approach to tackling challenges, viewing them as opportunities for improvement
• Capable of defining problems, conducting research with both internal and external data sources, drawing inferences, recommending actionable solutions, and implementing changes while evaluating their impact.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
