Senior Solution Architect - Presales (Remote) We're looking for a senior solution architect with experience in Presales, Data Integration, and MDM to join our team remotely. You will report to the Manager, Technical Sales. Technology You'll Use Presales, Data Integration, and MDM Your Role Responsibilities: Here's What You'll Do Have basic knowledge of the top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data-related technologies. Understand basic cloud computing security aspects. Obtain basic certification on at least 1 cloud ecosystem and 1 data-related cloud technology as defined by the business area. Develop skills on at least one INFA-related software platform or technology. Utilize storytelling skills and establish communication and engagement with prospects based on use cases. Engage and build relationships with influencers, coaches, decision-makers, and partners. Possess basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Databases, and Business Intelligence concepts and products. What We'd Like to See Manage customer engagements independently. Share best practices, content, and tips within your primary responsibility area. Stay current with certifications required for your area. Lead activities up to customer demo delivery, including discovery, technical qualification, customer presentations, standard demos, and related communication. Assist with RFP responses and POCs. Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities like technical advisory and workshops. Provide customer feedback on product gaps via Vivun. Support demos at marketing events independently. Role Essentials 8+ years of experience in data integration, master data management, or data governance. 10+ years of presales, technical sales, industry, or consulting experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
