As a solutions consultant, you are the expert who has in-depth knowledge of the technology. You analyse customers' problems, solve them, answer questions and demonstrate product capabilities as needed. In this position you will get the chance to shape our team in the UK in an early stage. You will be on board from the beginning, celebrate success with an international team and work completely remote.

Overview This role is focused on opportunities to drive discovery, analysis and solution demonstrations for customers, including shaping the team in the UK and working remotely.

Responsibilities

Discovery and Analysis – understand the environment the prospect has, what pains they are facing, so we can effectively present on those to WOW them

Scoping out requirements for custom demos and communicating those requirements to Technical Consultants

Presentations, demos and evangelism

Solution design and Architecture

Helping complete RFIs and RFPs

Owning and running POVs

Qualifications / What you bring to SER

Technical. Experienced in the ECM space. Solid technical skills including knowledge of networking, SQL, Java, .NET, Web Service APIs and RDMS

You must be able to participate confidently in technical discussions and easily understand technical issues quickly

Solution Creation. Demonstrable experience of using technology to create solutions that address customer needs that are targeted and creative using innovative ideas and considering solution duplication across sectors where possible

Communication. Ability to convey a deliberate message clearly, verbally and in writing; to listen, to ask questions, to understand, and to generate enthusiasm. High level of curiosity and understanding of customer dynamics and how that might be accelerating or, more importantly, hindering their path to success

Customer Oriented. Gain personal satisfaction from helping others and see customer satisfaction and value as the only measures of success
