As a senior professional, you will manage and deliver client engagements, mentor team members, and connect business needs with technical solutions in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Your Key Responsibilities Provide advisory and consulting services to EAM clients to enhance business performance. Mentor and coach team members, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture. Deliver system configuration, requirements development, and upgrades. Understand application functionalities and collaborate with users and developers on implementation issues. Leverage relational databases, reporting tools, and understand software development life cycles. Engage with clients to share insights, support opportunities, and contribute to practice development. Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and configure solutions accordingly. Identify opportunities for service expansion and support sales efforts. Travel as needed and lead project streams while engaging with clients. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. 3-4 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in advisory roles for EAM clients. Experience with application design, system configuration, and relational databases. Proficiency in SQL, strong communication skills, and ability to work in teams. Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Utility industry experience, especially with Schedule, Dispatch, and Mobile. Experience with Maximo/MAS, Oracle, Hexagon, and EAM configuration tools. Master’s degree in related fields and additional certifications. What We Offer Competitive salary ranging from $101,500 to $186,000, with additional benefits including health coverage, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
