About the Role As a Senior, you'll manage and deliver client engagements, mentor team members, and connect business needs with technical solutions in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Your responsibilities include requirements gathering, system configuration, client advisory, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Provide consulting services to EAM clients to enhance performance. Mentor and coach team members, fostering an inclusive and high-performing environment. Perform functional tasks such as requirements development, configuration, and upgrades. Understand application functionalities and collaborate with users and developers. Support project delivery, client interactions, and opportunity pursuits. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. 3-4 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in advisory services for EAM clients. Experience with system configuration, relational databases, SQL, and project management. Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Utility sector, Schedule, Dispatch, Mobile, and Maximo/MAS, Oracle, Hexagon products. Master’s degree and additional certifications are a plus.
