What Work You Will be Responsible For: Managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients.
Reviewing Federal, Multi-National, Multi-State Partnership tax returns.
Leading client relationships on day-to-day tax matters, supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services.
Researching and consulting on technical matters and special projects.
Proactively building relationships and communicating effectively with clients to provide superior service.
Participating in business development efforts, including working with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with prospects.
Managing, training, and developing staff, and participating in performance reviews.
Handling partnership tax responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
8+ years of progressive financial service tax experience.
CPA certification.
1+ years of supervisory experience.
Experience working with asset manager clients (private equity, hedge funds, fund of funds, and/or venture capital firms).
Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Master's Degree in Taxation or relevant field.
Experience using GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software.

In other locations, the range may vary based on market differences. Actual compensation depends on experience and other factors. Preferred Location: New York For NYC and California, the expected salary range is $120,000 to $200,000. The range may vary in other regions, with actual compensation determined by experience and other factors.
