Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate tax compliance and advisory work for clients
Review Federal, Multi-National, Multi-State Partnership tax returns
Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters, supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services
Research and consult on technical matters and special projects
Build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to provide superior service
Participate in business development efforts, collaborating with partners and marketing teams to target and build relationships with prospects
Manage, train, and develop staff; participate in performance reviews
Handle partnership tax matters
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
8+ years of progressive tax experience in financial services
CPA certification
1+ years of supervisory experience
Experience working with asset management clients (private equity, hedge funds, fund of funds, venture capital) is required
Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Master's Degree in Taxation or related field
Experience with GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software
