Introduction We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in selling and delivering Azure cloud solutions. The ideal individual should understand client challenges, provide strategic guidance, and act as a trusted advisor. This role involves selling and delivering solutions that require expertise in Microsoft technologies, including: Application Modernization Strategy Application Modernization on Azure Data Strategy & Analytics Agentic AI solutions on Azure We seek someone experienced in both farming and hunting opportunities, preferably with a background working alongside hyperscalers like Microsoft. The role includes achieving key performance metrics such as Signings, Revenue, and UTE targets. Your role and responsibilities Lead Azure or AWS Cloud Migration opportunities across industrial and communication clients for pipeline management and demand generation, aiming for approximately 3x of signing targets. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving Azure or AWS migration projects that deliver business value. Manage end-to-end migration projects within budget and timeline, ensuring defined outcomes for client success. Handle contracts, pricing, and resources for cloud migration projects. Close opportunities with signing targets of $10M. Understand client strategic needs and business objectives; formulate proposals and statements of work aligned with client values. Collaborate with AWS & IBM to develop Azure or AWS solutions, technology roadmaps, and participate in large transactions. Promote HCS service offerings as a change agent, engaging early in deals, registering deals, and realizing incentives. Drive joint go-to-market campaigns and business development workshops to build and maintain a pipeline, references, and case studies. Establish client value propositions linking strategic, financial, and operational metrics to business improvements. The candidate can be located anywhere in the United States except Florida. Required technical and professional expertise Lead Azure or AWS Cloud Migration opportunities across industrial and communication clients for pipeline management and demand generation, aiming for approximately 3x of signing targets. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving Azure or AWS migration projects that deliver business value.
