Introduction We’re currently seeking a candidate with extensive experience in selling and delivering Azure cloud solutions. The ideal individual should understand client challenges, provide strategic guidance, and act as a trusted advisor. This role involves selling and delivering solutions with expertise in Microsoft technologies, including: Application Modernization Strategy Application Modernization on Azure Data Strategy & Analytics Agentic AI solutions on Azure We seek someone experienced in both farming and hunting opportunities, preferably with a background working alongside hyperscalers like Microsoft. The role also involves achieving key performance metrics, including Signings, Revenue, and UTE targets. Your Role and Responsibilities Lead Azure or AWS Cloud Migration opportunities across industrial and communications clients for pipeline management and demand generation, aiming for approximately 3x signing targets. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving Azure or AWS migration projects that deliver business value. Manage end-to-end migration projects within budget and timeline, ensuring defined outcomes for client success. Oversee contracts, pricing, and resources for cloud migration projects. Close opportunities with signing targets of $10M. Understand clients’ strategic needs and business objectives; develop proposals and statements of work aligned with client values. Collaborate with AWS & IBM to develop strong Azure or AWS partnerships, technology solutions, and lead large transactions. Promote HCS service offerings as a change agent for early engagement, deal registration, and incentive realization. Drive joint go-to-market campaigns and business development workshops to build and maintain a pipeline, references, and case studies. Establish client value propositions linking strategic, financial, and operational metrics to business improvements. The candidate can be located anywhere in the United States except Florida. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Lead Azure or AWS Cloud Migration opportunities across industrial and communications sectors, managing pipeline and demand generation (~3x signing targets). Be a trusted advisor to clients, leading Azure or AWS migration projects to deliver value. Manage projects within budget and timeline, achieving defined outcomes. Manage contracts, pricing, and resources effectively. Close opportunities with $10M signing targets. Understand client needs, craft proposals, and align statements of work with client values. Collaborate with AWS & IBM to develop Azure or AWS solutions and lead large transactions. Promote HCS offerings as a change agent, facilitating early engagement and incentive realization. Lead joint go-to-market initiatives and workshops to build pipeline and case studies. Create value propositions tying metrics to business improvements.
